    this is me :)

    hi everybody

i just LOVE this site i have been reading different things for a few weeks now contemplaiting wether to go on body trim or nt and thought really what have i got to loose beside like 50kgs lol

so my plan is to do bodytrim, my main goal is to loose 40-50kg wont happen overnight...but it will happen.

i am what you would call a closet eater.. i wont eat much in front of people but as soon as im alone thats it thats the way i have been for years so my real struggle is to give that up

my current weight is 120kg i would love to be around the 80kg mark...wouldnt that be fabulous

im in a wedding in 11 weeks and then in another next year, after seeing photos of myself in my bestfriends wedding a year ago i told myself i would change but it never happened...enough is enough

i plan to update my feelings, exercise food etc on here i know im not the only closet eater in the world...

come on people work with me lets go on this adventure together!!

    til next time

    stay fabulous

Well done for making the first step.
I think that step is always the hardest. Now you just need to keep being honest with yourself.
I too was a closet eater and I found keeping track of my food on something like Calorie King was a big help, but only if you are honest. Even though BT is not a calorie counting diet, sometimes it's helps to see where you are getting "extras" from.
    Good Luck.
I too have at least 50kgs to go
    We can both do this

    Mini goal 140kgs

    Hi & Welcome

I am sure that if you keep focused you will be able to loose a considerable amount in 11 weeks. Good for you taking the first step. I truely believe that bodytrim is a godsend. I dont see it as a diet but a change of lifesytle & an easy one to stick to.

GOOD LUCK! look forward to reading your success along the way. Start a diary in the members diary section. I found this helped to keep me honest with the foods i ate & alos a great way to vent & the support from fellow memebers on this forum is truely AMAZING.

I like to celebrate every time I firmly get down a weight range. So I celebrated when I got under 100, under 90 etc. I think it's important when you have a goal that is more than a few kilos. Take it in bite size chunks. For me to sit and say holy cos I need to lose 30 kilos was a bit scary, and I felt like I had such a long way to go. But then I thought hmm how long since I have been under 100? I'll aim for that, because even to be under 100 would be just great.

I still keep my bigger goal in mind, so now I can say I am over half way there, but it helped me to look at smaller goals along the way.

    Hi Givingitago,
I'm also have a lot of weight to lose and today is Day 1 PO detox for me. I'm waiting for my kit to actually arrive, but I'm impatient and would rather get the 3days over and done with.
Good Luck and will be along for the ride with you

    Hi Abby,

Hope your Day 2 has been kind to you Day 1 almost over for me and my only struggle has been trying to drink that much water. I'm at 1 and a half litres at the moment and I think 2 litres will be my limit lol Yes, we can definitely do this together. How has your day been givingitago?

    Hi Sal and BTer's,

Whatever you feel is going to work for you then go with it. I admit that last night I actually thought about ditching the rest of detox even though I have really breezed through Day 1 and feel great today. I think it was just the thought of having to try and force feed myself that much water.

OK I am a little tired from up and down all night but did my measurements this morning and my waist and boobs were both 3 cms down. Could this be right?
I went off for my walk with a spring in my step and came home and cooked 50gms of bacon and an egg and enjoyed it. So will stick with detox for the rest of today or at least see how I'm feeling by tonight and might throw a bit of lettuce, cucumber and celery in with my dinner but I'm determined to stay off the carbs for the full 3 days.

I have physio on my neck and shoulder at lunchtime so pain may have me feeling not much like eating anything but will at least try and get 50gms in if I can't manage 100gms

    Have a happy day

OMG.. 3CM... That must be the best motivation!
I've been reading a lot of posts in the motivation section here.. and people have said that sometimes a loss wont show on the scales - but it will in CM's.
I'm going to take my measurements as soon as i get home from work so i can monitor that too.
Oh.. and i also have my favourite pair of jeans that aren't anywhere NEAR fitting me.. i'm using that as a meanure. I'll just try them on every week!
    Well done again hun!
    XO
    Abby.
