How to make low-carb bread without gluten and dryness?
Hi,
I tried low carb almond bread couple to times and it tastes good indeed but it always dry and lacks fluffiness. I didn't try with yeast yet but baking powder only. I couldn't find gluten in Melbourne.
How can I make low carb bread loaf that is not dry, with some texture and flufiness. I know, I must be missing something in making technique. Can anyone help me in this regard?
