    Hi there fellow Bts, about to imbark on my journey today, I have around 6 kilos to loose, Has anyone had the BT cookies or BT Bars?

    That's the best thing about low carb diets Shelly, people don't realise just how hungry sugars and starches make them until they give them the flick!

    I just weighed myself, day 2 of detox, not sticking to it completley and have already lost a kilo
