    Exclamation Oops!!

    Second week in and I fell off the wagon.

    I had some crackers and cheese and some chocolate

    Should I start over?

    If you are on BT you could put that down to a free meal and then next free day just have 1 free meal.

    I think I may just write it off for now and see if it makes any difference on saturday for my weight in!

    I would normally follow it up with a PO day and class it as my free day or do what Sherrie said and just have one free meal on your free. We all slip up sometimes but dont be to hard on yourself just stay focused on your goal. Good Luck

    frenchie - my second week in and kids are sleeping over somewhere today so i had chinese for dinner
    im so sh!tty with myself since i weighed myself this morning and saw id lost 3.6kgs!
    Im putting it down as a free day and PO tomorrow - hopefully i dont lose the focus again this week or ill kick my own bum!

    I am just home after going out for a chinese meal - it isn't what I wanted but had to go along with the majority - I dread what my weight must be as some of the dishes were so salty but tomorrow is another day. So you get back on the wagon & I will help you up.
