I think I may just write it off for now and see if it makes any difference on saturday for my weight in!

im so sh!tty with myself since i weighed myself this morning and saw id lost 3.6kgs!
Im putting it down as a free day and PO tomorrow - hopefully i dont lose the focus again this week or ill kick my own bum!

I am just home after going out for a chinese meal - it isn't what I wanted but had to go along with the majority - I dread what my weight must be as some of the dishes were so salty but tomorrow is another day. So you get back on the wagon & I will help you up.
