I live in Yamba northern nsw and trying to get my head around a low carb diet.
In early May I was given a tough talking to by a lady who was concerned about the weight I was carrying plus she believe by my appearance that I was suffering from fatty liver. So I took her advice and brought the book Fatty Liver You Can Reverse it. The next day I started on the low carbs guide from this book, I lost 10kgs in three weeks((I tell my husband I lost my third stomach and now only have to work on getting rid of the second one)) but now am just stuck there so now realize I have to do something else and have taken to trying to find and read all I can but all this is doing is getting me confused.I also realize now after reading so much in here that I am not really on the right path.
I now weight 82kg and would just love to get rid of another 10kg.
I have taken the stance that I am not in this for quick weight lose ,but want to lose those extra kilos.
My main aim is to change my eating lifestyle,this is all new for me as I have never dieted before but since retiring from work 10 years ago and moving from city life to a small town carefree one I have put on all this weight, guess going from a very hectic work life to doing nothing and having no stress has aided in all this plus I can put in gettting older, now I think I have covered all the excuses for letting myself get FAT.
I am ordering the Atkins book online our bookshop did not have it, fours selves of diets books and can you believe this one was not on it, and in the mean time I am writing down everything I put in my mouth and every form of movement I do so I by the time the book gets here i may have figured out how to convert all this to carbs and protein.
