    Thumbs up Mere Male Newbie from Newcastle

    Hi everyone,

    I've been lurking around the forum for months investigationg and compiling knowledge so when I finally gave it a shot that I had a better chance of success.

    Being a Mere Male I'm sure I'll be one of the shy ones that morally support others whilst quietly suffering in silence............
    I actually quietly started a week ago ,have been very disciplined and my first weigh has recorded a 6kg loss that has egged me on. I hope you all appreciated the egg joke lol

    I'm obviously know that this is just a starting loss and from now it will be a hard slog but I'm up for it and extremley motivated.

    I just decided that enough is enough, its the typical story for a guy, no longer played sports, also ex-Defence so also no longer payed to exercise as part of my job and then the weight just creep on. Year after year went by and the more my career progressed the less time to have to myself so something gives and its always the quality of food and time to exercise.

    Time for repayment!
