What do you put on your steaks?

Just curious, what sauces/marinades/gravy do you put on your meats?

Sauted mushroom and leek is pretty tasty.

I like to make a balsamic reduction great on steak and lamb

I like fried onions and fried tomatoes with my steak and lemon with lamb and chicken

I like to have onions, tomatoes or mushies on my steak to avoid using sauces or marinades.

There is a range of steak sauces you can find in the meat section of umm Coles I think it is (possibly Woolies sorry can never remember). They have pepper, mushroom and diane. They are ready made, fresh, must be kept cold and don't have a tonne of carbs in them (approx 2-3g). They are in a little white tub which looks a bit like a yoghurt container (round with foil lid). I'm sorry but I can't remember the name of them (yes I am doing so well today I know)

They are the best I have found in terms of convenience and yumminess, but I do also make my sauces from scratch a lot, but if I can't be bothered I go to the above.

I just add double cream and a little salt and pepper to the meat remains in the pan and reduce it as needed.
