    New to Bodytrim

I am on day 6 of Bodytrim, so far I have lost 2.2kg feeling pretty good

I am finding it a little hard as I dont eat seafood so lots of chicken and steak so far. Would love it if people could share some yummy weight loss recipes!

    Cheers,

    Emily

    Hiya!
I'm new too, about to start, BT, how did you find the carb detox period? I'm excited to eat more often (as I tend to skip meals due to work) but I wonder about the all protien for 3 days, did you need any fiber supplements to prevent 'discomfort' ? cause that's a concern of mine.
Oh and I love the weight tracker, I want one too

    Hi Morgana!

It was ok, I just kept telling myself "īts only 3 days!!" just think about all the yummy veggies etc you get to eat on day 4. That was enough motivation for me

I took metamucil fibre capsules for the first 3 or 4 days which helped you may need to get some of these

If you click on my weight tracker, it will take you to the site where you can get your own

I am about to start week 3 and I was a little naughty on my free day yesterday plus didnt get much walking in as the weather has been terrible. Hoping that the rain stops so I can make up for it this week and lose the 0.5kg i put on over the weekend

    Good luck with it all!

    Hi Emily,
I'm about to start a Bodytrim diary, but as I'm new to forums thought I might practice first
    Good luck to you!

Goof lucck with it, and stick to it!! I have noticed the results within the first 2 weeks but like I mentioned above I may have to break it and come back with a carb detox once I return. I will try not to indulge too much Eeep!!
