Day 7 of BT today and having my "free day".
I just weighed myself this morning and have lost 2 kgs all up. I am happy with this result, however it seems that most other BTers are losing a lot more in their first week with an average of 5kgs. I am worried that with only 2 kgs in the first week that I might hit a plateau. Im wondering whether I might have done something wrong...although have stuck to the diet (apart from only have a 2 day detox as opposed to 3).
Starting weight: 70
Current weight: 68
Goal weight: 60
Any suggestions?

Don't feel disappointed at all, feel proud . . if you go to your supermaket next time and pick up a 2g bag of potatoes and think that is how much your NOT carrying around now . .
