No doubt about it, we had a massive weekend. Spent it at the in-laws pruning their vineyard. LOTS of walking, lots of energy exerted pruning vines by hand (no electric secs, just old fashioned ones)...
However, it was also a massive weekend food wise. My in-laws don't pay their workers, they rely on family and friends to volunteer but what they do do is provide accommodation and FOOD!!! Big breakfasts, morning teas, afternoon teas, massive lunches, dinners, dessert tables and of course, copious amount of wine!!
So since my weigh in last week, I've gained 2kgs backBummer!! I really thought all the physical work we were doing would counteract the extra carbs and calories.
Alas, it's back to a protein fast for me for the next day at least... See if I can't get this body back into Ketosis and losing again.

Lost half of that weight gain overnight after our protein only day. Hopefully will be back on track by the end of this week!!
