  • I'm just starting my Atkins journey and am hoping to find some good direction here. I understand it's not calorie counting but calories still count. Right? Anyway I'm hoping I can find ways to get enough fiber (12-15 gms) in my daily routine but still keep my net carbs under 20. The veggies you get to eat on inductions just don't have that much fiber. I'm really looking forward to exploring this forum.
