  • Yes, I'm back.... I totally fell off the wagon... For a couple of weeks I pretty much ate what I wanted... Total junk food feast.. I weighed in on Monday and I weighed 142.2 lbs!!!! I decided right then that I HAD to get back on track!!! So for the past two days NO cheating! NO deviations!!! Stayed on track so far! I have to do this. Eating the junk just isn't worth how I felt.   • 140 lbs. is low? When I lose the 10 lbs. I gained then I will start working on maintenance. That will make me about 130 lbs. Do you think that is alright?

  • Good morning! Happy Wednesday!!! Confession time.... I ate horribly over the past 2 weeks. I didn't even weigh myself last week... When I weighed on Monday I had gained almost 10 lbs... 9.8 lbs to be exact (139.2 lbs). I went back to eating the proper way on Monday. As of this morning I weighed 138.2 lbs.   • Good morning! I'm sorry for the late post. I was not feeling so well this week. On a better note, I had a good loss since last week. I weighed in this morning at 129.4 lbs.   • Good morning. Confession time.... I was not "good " at all this weekend. We had a graduation party for my granddaughter and I did not eat the way I should have.... Therefore I had a gain... I weighed on Monday and I weighed 134.8. Up from 131.8. A gain of 3 lbs!!!! scared.png scared.png scared.png BUT... good news! I have been eating on plan since Monday morning.   • Good Wednesday morning! I knew it was too good to know it would stay.... Yep... I had a slight gain this past week. I weighed in at 127 lbs. Up from 125 lbs. last week. Two pounds.... I actually wasn't surprised. As I said I am trying some new foods. I had been wanting ice cream for quite a while. So I finally gave in and got some low carb ice cream! IT WAS DELICIOUS!!!!   • Thank you! My real goal is to reach 119. Then I will have lost 100 lbs. But I realize I may not make it or it will take a while (with my history of ups and downs... Ha ha ha!!!) But I will try.   • Good morning! A better week. Weighed in at 126.8 lbs. Down from 128.4 lbs. A loss if 1.6 lbs. WOO HOO!!!! Almost there!!!! I will be starting to work on adding some different foods back. I will be honest.... I am a wee bit scared. After the fruit/junk food issue I am being pretty cautious. I have "lost and gained" so many times. Really don't want to do that again...
