    Do you like me jump on the scales everyday? I know you shouldn't but I can't help myself. Today I jumped on and I was a kilo heavier than yesterday. I know its just a fluid adjustment but its frustrating. I will try really hard to only get on once or twice a week. What time of the day do you find is the best time to weigh?

    Check out a website call "ditch the carbs". Some great ideas on there. I even found today a icing mix made with Stevia. I haven't made any cakes yet cause I'm scared I'd eat it all. But the pizza and focaccia bread is great. I'm sure that Sherrie would also have recipes on this forum for cakes too. It's not just about eating meat and cheese there is so much more. I can't wait for the cooler weather to try some vege soups. Good luck

    It's a lot to take in and believe me I have pretty much tried everything. Low fat, weight watchers, Gloria Marshall, Jenny Craig and many more. I even own Susan Powters book. This plan suits me best. I don't count calories or worry about high fat. Sometimes I don't eat anything fatty and then other days I might go crazy. My hair and skin has never looked better, I'm not tired and my acid reflux is all but gone. See how you go, it has worked for me so far
