  • Hi All has anyone else had experience with the Low Carb Potatoes? I noticed at the Central Market Saturday that the potatoes hubby picked up were labelled LC (don't think he noticed). I have done a Google and this name comes up as being sold in Coles and Woolworths have one called Spud Lite. They don't offer any real information other then Coles saying they should be cooked Al Dente but also says they are good for mashing? Any thoughts would be appreciated. Regards Lea

I have never made butter chicken, and never really eaten it. I made this last week for guests (one a very fussy eater) and it was a big hit. I used chicken breast because that's what I have and little less coconut milk. I have frozen the left overs in one of those sealed bag thingys that suck the air out, will be interesting to see how it reheats. Will be making this again.

  • Hi I have seen quite a few articles on the social eating lately (not just eating with overweight peopled) and as we do have a very active social life I have been taking more notice and for me personally I have found I tend to eat less when we eat out or have friends over. But one of my friends is very overweight (and is happy that way) and I do find that when we go out she tends to comment on how little or much I eat usually with a look how much you ate good girl lol which then makes me feel gui…

  • Hi All I have read a couple of articles that say eating with overweight people make us eat more and make bad food choices I have wondered if this is really true. Today I came across this article that is actually saying eating with anyone can lead us to eat more. Would love to know what people think about this or any personal experience.
