Just made these for me and the kids, yummo! I had mine with banana and whipped cream which was amazing. I reckon with some low carb fruit would be great since bananas are not LC lol... The kids both loved them too

  • Yum i remember making this, will def have to make again.

Hi, i just thought i would put in my 2c worth as i started my journey last year on BT which was my initial introduction into LC WOE. I did ojk on BT but struggled with the free/PO day concept esp because i felt like i wasnt changing my lifestyle. In turn, i did my own reasearch (check out sites like marksdailyapple.com, and search big fat fiascio on youtube) and was converted! High fat, moderate protein and low carb all the way. Nowadays i dont follow a specific "plan" but try to eat "primally" …

Ingredients: 1/2 cup almond meal 1 tsp baking powder 1 TBS cocoa powder dash vanilla 4 tsp sweetner (or to taste) 2 eggs NB - I also added a tbs of coconut oil but the original recepie did not have this. Mix & zap in microwave for 1 min on 640power, then another 40seconds on 640power (the reason i rest in the middle is it stays a bit more moist). You can do it for longer/less depending on how gooey you like it. The site i got this from said about 5 net carbs per, and 400 cals (thats going off so…

No, not on body trim but if he is hungry then it's not gonna work cause he will just cave and have bad food. I originally had my hubby try BT but he hated it and was hungry too. I switched to a primal WOL which is basically meat, veg occasional low carb fruit and NO processed food, no wheat, no potatoes. There is some debate about dairy but we eat it. We eat loads of fat - have bacon and eggs for breakfast each day with the eggs cooked in bacon fat, we eat all the meat fat, butter and my hubby h…

  • Potatos are no-no... In regards to your hubby - fat does not cause bad cholesterol/blood pressure (good cholesterol goes up). Fat is really important - the lipid hypotheses is totally incorrect (bad science) check out big fat fiasco on YouTube. Sorry I'm on my phone so can't link.

I suggest give him loads of fat - steak fat, bacon mmm coconut oil, cook in butter. That's why he is hungry.

  • I should add - I am a chocoholic, and to combat this have 2 squares of lindt 85% if needed (max 2 per day). I don't force water, just drink when thirsty and pretty much only drink water and sugar free cordial.
