  • sorry spent 3 weeks in hospital with my son. So 3 weeks of hospital food (think white, low fat and margarine!) Ive put on 4kgs.   • First of all I did loose from my last weigh in. I'm 66.4 so that was a kilo for the month. (weighed that today - not yesterday!! I also lost a few cms today that was there yesterday. Is that even possible? I rechecked 3 times!!) Yesterday I lifted my fat amount so I had 3x loaded coffee Coconut oil 1tbls & 1 tbls butter each 1x small protein bar 30g (I started to feel ill very quickly and this was all I could stomach, felt better after this.)   • sorry. No lose here. I think i have put alittle on. (Under 1kg) i have just purchase a ketone meter so am tracking that. I have also upped my fats but feeling a little ill today so might do that a little slower. Sleeping great and waking up refreshed so that feels good. No more cms lost either!

    dictor said they will leave my system pretty much today, but that wasn't for weight lose purpose!! Yes it will be interesting to see.

  • I had my implamon out today 17.5.2016. I have been ketos for the 6 weeks I've had it in but havent lost very much. So i have been 69.1 for a few weeks now. Anyone want to guess how long I take to start loosing again? (I better start loosing again.) My guess is 3 days, it might be wishful thanking but hopefully onwards and downwards!

    I've been reading lots about insulin spikes and just wondered a few things. From what I understand every time you eat something your insulin spikes - I get that, but my question is, is there anything you can have/drink that wont spike it? Black coffee, water? I currently drinking coffee with cream, but I think I am getting my fat % right so think I prob should cut down a little on the cream consumption!!! So if I change to black coffee is that ok?     welcome. I'm not a fella but my husband is following this way of life too. Only thing is males loose the weight sooooo much quicker then us girls!!

    about 1000 a day. Im good at trying to keep high. I've had to with feeding the baby and not being able to eat heaps. I have more liquid out of my band atm and so it is slightly easier. My fat is about 60% protein 30% and carb 10%. This is the majority but there are days protein and fat 40% and carbs 20%. But carbs never goes over 20g.
