I think the $2 chinese containers from cheap shops are a good way to help save money. You can then make meals in bulk and freeze them for convenience. 2 of my fav. meals to make on a budget are chickens soup & spaghetti sauce. I always have these in the freezer ready to go. When you break down the cost of a serving it's cheap as hell. Chicken soup. 2kg of chicken legs (Cheaper cut than breast and you get the nutrients from the marrow. Soup is gelatinous, as it should be.) Bunch a bunch of celery…

I would keep on going.... don't sweat it.. If it makes you feel better i drank a whole bottle of shiraz lastnight. Not the best choice in the world I don't feel guilty about..(Trying to tell myself i'm not anyway.) I figure 98% time I am making far better choices than I did 3 weeks ago to improve my health.. that has to count for something. And the truth is we are human. Whilst I am retraining my internal dialogue I will make mistakes. Each time I eff up I learn from it.. x

I take the Omega 6's for hormonal reasons. I think I will stop. I don't eat much fish, hence the reason for the krill oil. I have gone back to cooking in butter, always used olive oil and the odd light spray of canola oil. all very interesting stuff indeed.

Interesting... Hmmm I take omega 3's & 6's everyday... more omega 3 though.

Interesting article. Makes me question the 2000mg of evening primrose oil, (omega 6), I take everyday. Sherrie what are your thoughts on the omega 6's? (If you see this post.)

I currently use the massels vegie stock it's full of sodium though.. Thanks heaps!!

He deleted his comments...(This is guys is really disturbing.) Sherrie get rid of this guy for good. He's just trolling. I'm sure he's not even over weight. He just has serious mental health issues. Obviously missing part of his frontal lobes, no feelings. I can't believe he wrote this... "6/10 people get sick." Now that's a statistic and a half, If I ever heard one... You Mr Russ are one fucked up individual. "The farm hand asked if I wanted to try direct milk from the cow. I said ok. He said i…
