I'm loving my first month in the weekly weigh in's! I joined one on a different website a while ago and there were just too many people and no one was familialr with anyone else doing it, so it wasn't very encouraging or motivating at ALL. This one is GREAT! Especially how you make it like a chart so we can see how everyone is doing, just love it!

Hi WobblyMummy Just had a quick read through of this thread! First of all, congrats on eating all of the new veggies! I was on Body trim a few weeks ago.. I stayed on it for 4 weeks, then caved! It did work really really well, though! Things I found helped with the weight loss for me on bodytrim would be: - Make sure you drink at leat 2L of water a day! I made this curry last night, and it turned out really nice. It's very simple and basically just your average curry recipe, but I thought it would be good to give people on BT some ideas with ingredients your pretty much bound to have in the cupboard.
