Hi, I've just joined this forum yesterday and I hope I'm doing this the right way. About one month ago I started the LCHF lifestyle. At that time I weighed 64.6 kg. Today would like to weigh in at 62.8 kg My goal is 60 kg and then on to at least 55.8 kg.
That's great news about the raspberries - so it takes about two years for the bushes to fruit? or have you already had fruit? We have a local bunnies, and we have started a vege patch this week, I am going to put in a lime tree and a curry leaf tree, and I might visit bunnies and see what they have in the fruit section. Thanks again.
Thanks miaowmix .. this is what is so great to find a site in Australia. I have seen many of these cheesecake recipes on the internet, but because they are American I don't know of the brands they are suggesting to use. I will get some of these jellies and copy your cheesecake recipe. Is it possible to get a proper recipe please?

Hi Sherrie, Did you have any luck growing your blueberries and raspberries? I noticed your post was dated May 2002). I would be interested in knowing how you went. Not sure what the climate of SA is like compared to Qld? and whether I would have any problems.
Thanks for this article Rosanna ... also some good tips from snez. I am doing the LCHF diet and sometimes this can become frustrating as you have been eating the right food and one day you can gain and for the next two days you lose and you have no idea why.
