I have been buying BUCKWHEAT pancake mix from Coles for quite some time, I use it with fresh fruit and yoghurt for breakfast or whenever. I am not sure of the carb count, I can store most of it in fridge or freezer in small containers. Someone might like to try and find out the carb count thankyou.
