PostWelcome back! Have LOVED the recipes on here. I find if I plan a menu that makes me feel like I am actually indulging rather than missing out, then I don't miss the 'little things' (the triggers). A bowl of berries and fresh cream with a square of lindt chocolate was my evening treat for the first few weeks. It just seemed so extravagant to have on a diet!! Enjoy the journey!
