Raspberry 'Ice Cream'

2 cups cream
376 ml sweetened condensed milk (Jen uses lite)
what could you substitute that yuck for?

Fresh raspberries for garnish
Raspberry coulis

Aded cream and milk together and whisk until soft peaks form
Line 20cm round cake tin with glad wrap
Pour in cream mixture, swirl raspberry coulis on top and use a wooden skewer to form a pattern
Place gladwrap on top and freeze overnight
Take out of tin, garnish with fresh raspberries
Serve immediately

Yep that will work, then you could serve raspberries with it a good mix of flavours.
