Completely agree. I too found it by a google search and the information I have found here has been (well for me at least) at bit of a life saver . .. . however in saying that a Diary is not for the world to see, and whilst I am ok with like minded people like other members who share my struggles reading it and helping me, I am not as happy for "outsiders" to read my personal thoughts. If people are really interested then they will do what the rest of us did and become a member.

I agree that the Diary section should be for members/registered users only, to reduce the risk of people trolling through what is often quite a personal journey.

Quite happy to have other sections such as Recipes open to all people.

If a person is genuinely interested in learning more from other members through their diaries, they will join so they can access diaries.

I'm glad it's private now too. I may be a bit more relaxed about what I say in my diary knowing that friends and family aren't likely to find it on Google.
