      phase 2 weightloss

      B = 1 protein serve + 1 fruit or starch serve
      S = 1 protein serve
      L = 1 protein serve + unlimited salad/veg
      S = 1 protein serve
      D = 1 protein serve + unlimited salad/veg
      S = 1 protein serve

      you have ur first free day after being on the weighloss phase for at least 3-5 days & the free day doesnt have to be on the same day each week but try to keep it close to the 6-7 day pattern eg one week saturday the next week sunday etc.. free days keep the amount of meals and snacks the same just switch 2 main meals for free meals

      quick breakfast ideas,

      eggs on toast
      protein power oats - 1 cup oats, 1-2 scoops of canilla protein powder & 1.5cups of water
      tomato and onion omelette
      turkey and cheese melt
      vanilla protein cereal - 1-2 scoops van protein powder, 1cup special k/weetbix or other wholegrain cereal, low fat milk
      eggs and smoked salmon on toast
      cottage cheese and turkey on toast
      light ham and egg on toast
      tuna, tomato and light cheese on toast
      tobouli omelette
      high protein soy yoghurt drink - 1.5 cups low fat plain soy yoghut, 0.5cup silken tofu, 1 tbsp lecithin, 1 scoop soy protein powder, 1 pear (remove core) and 1 tsp nutmeg
      high protein fruit smoothie - 1 cup skim, soy, oat, rice or cows milk, 2 cups water, 0.5cup mixed berries, 2 tbsp lw fat plain yoghurt, 3tbsp oats, 1tbsp psyllium husks, 1 scoop whay flavourless protein powder, 1tsp cinnamon, 4 ice cubes
      sausage and cheese breakfast cups
      scrambled eggs with ham
      high protein muesli - 5 cup rolled oats, 2 cup puffed amaranth, 1 cup oat bran, qtr cup pepitas, qtr cup sunflower seeds, qtr cup lsa or flaxseeds ground, half cup psyllium husk
      cottage cheese dip on multigrain bread
      raw berry porridge
      scrambled tofu with herbs onion and mushies
      veg and cottage cheese scrambled eggs
      omelette with onion tom mushies and herbs
      antioxidant breakkie boost shake
      baked egg ham and cheese muffins
      breakfast rosti
      quick breaky quiche
      protein pancakes
      potein rich cottage cheese with blueberry yoghurt
      high protein scram eggs with cottage cheese


      thats all the breaky ideas for phase 2..

      protions for fruit is an apple is one serving, things like berries etc is 1 cup = 1 serving

      Hi is there any fruits that aren't allowed on BT second phase???? I know we have to have our fruit in the morning with our protein but not sure what fruits are allowed.

      All fruits are classed as carbs.. BT goes with the motto of don't sweat the small stuff.. Berries and stuff are better but at end of day a fruit serve is a fruit serve :)
