I've been 80kgs all week, so this may be fluke, but I am happy to take it Good luck everyone!

I've just joined this forum yesterday and I hope I'm doing this the right way.

About one month ago I started the LCHF lifestyle. At that time I weighed 64.6 kg. Today would like to weigh in at 62.8 kg My goal is 60 kg and then on to at least 55.8 kg.

Sorry, late posting this, but weight was the same this morning as yesterday. During the last week I actually got into the 62s for a couple of days, but it went back up a bit. Still, I'm not complaining. Considering the time of year and all the Christmas parties I'm going to....

I bought a cheap scale, but it's hard to read. But looks like I have gone from 83kg early November to around 80kg now.
