Yeah I looked at the site, but was a bit complicated for me. I like this really simple. I have started using a spreadsheet that was developed by on of the POH members (sorry, can't remember who). I have used fitday to add the FPC counts for the foods I normally eat, so that it is easier to add them to my daily menu.
