    • A cardio workout for beginners


      With all this wind about I had to download a 30 min cardio workout for indoors. Although this one is a bit boring to listen to, once you learn the moves you can plug into your own music. I got a sweat up....enjoy.

      HW 2003: 65 kg

      Maintenance 2005 - 2015: 55 - 57 kg ....tick
      Maintenance Goal for 2016: 54 - 55 kg.... tick
      Maintenance Goal for 2017: 54 - 55 kg .... tick
      Maintenance Goal for 2018: 54 - 55 kg
