This is a version of Sherries Low Carb almond bread

Chris' Low Carb Almond Seed Bread
1 3/4 cup of Almond meal (with the skins on)
4x large eggs beaten
1x teaspoon of baking powder
60gm melted butter
1/4 cup gentle fibre blend (Macro brand from Woolies )
1/4 cup finely chopped walnuts ,very fine
1/2 cup mixed poppy seeds , sunflower seeds, pepitas, sesame seeds and a few pinenuts
Mix all together - into a lined loaf pan. Moderate oven about 20 - 25 mins
Doesn't really rise but is seriously delicious. I haven't had any Bread for 15 months and I had this sliced with butter and vegemite. Cant wait to try and toast some
