Just wanted to say hi I only been doing this for a week want to learn a better way of eating. I am self confessed Carb addict, who really misses bread.

Eggs & salsa for breakfast
Fish and some artichokes
Pork shoulder slices and green beans
Right now cooling down I made it out of the house and walked for half a mile under 20 minutes which is a major for me
So right now if I was able, I would be jumping for joy
Also half way through my 32 oz of water. Trying to
Finnish by noon so I can start my second 32 oz and Finnish -
