EASY 2 MINUTE LOW CARB BREAD (MICROWAVE)
1x large egg
1/2 c of Almond meal ( I used one with the skins on)
pinch of salt
45 gm melted butter
Beat the egg in a bowl , add the almond meal and the salt and mix together. Add the melted butter.
Divide the mixture between 2 flat bottomed bowls. ( I used cereal bowls)
Place dishes in microwave , full power for 2 minutes. The bread will become firm and sponge like.
Remove and top with butter and topping of choice. EASY
