    • Pork Krackle

      Garry bought home a tray of sliced pork skin from Woolies for $2 something and cooked it up for a yummy low carb snack.

      preheat oven at 200c

      pat dry pork skin and salt/season how you like it, this was just salted as it was an experiment but usually we use fennel and sage or Asian spices when we cook pork.

      Place on baking tray lined with baking paper and put in oven until there's a fair bit of oil, drain and put back in oven to finish off.

      Didn't take track of time, sorry!
