Well I have been pretty happy with my first week of LC, I have lost 3 kilos and no problems at all. (well this week anyway)
I have been reading as much as I can and in a lot of LC groups they talk about making sure you eat enough fat, and to eat fat bombs.
They are yumo, I will have to watch myself as I eat them whenever.lol
Half cup of peanut butter
100g of butter
Half cup of coconut oil
teaspoon of sweetner (I used splenda) that is all that I had.
Three tablespoons of coco powder.
Melt together in a saucepan and then pour into a greased icecube tray and put in freezer.
You should be able to eat them in about 20 minutes
