Does anyone know if rosehip tea is alright to drink on a low-carb diet, the brand I have is Podravka Sipak brand from Croatia, contains 75% rosehips and 25% hibiscus flower, doesn't taste overly sweet ! Also, could anyone please tell me what they are drinking on this diet to give me a few more idea's, thanks in advance with warm regards to all, Diana

Do you have access to ketosticks, chemists/pharmacies usually stock them. When you're not sure on something you can test and see if it effects your readings on the sticks. Best to with hold whatever you're not sure about first, test in the mornings to make sure you're in ketosis and then if you're in ketosis, start testing the tea by having tea as you normally would then test with the sticks the following morning and so on. If they start going negative once you start having the tea you know they may be an issue. However, if you're losing weight and not getting cravings then I would keep going.
I am drinking lots of sparkling water lately, I just love the stuff... I never used to like it!
Thanks Sherrie, that's makes really good sense, I'll try that.
Not sure about rosehip tea. I usually have a normal black tea with a bit of milk or cream in the morning, and a peppermint tea at night (and lots of water).
We are all a little bit broken - but that's ok.
I have coffee with cream, lots of water and the occasional (once a week) small glass of diet rite ginger beer.Elle
