Gosh! That was really positive. I wanted to shout at the guy going on about how it's not a normal diet that 'A NORMAL DIET GOT ME THIS OVERWEIGHT FFS!'

really we are not condoning the no carb way of eating [meat only] we are simply saying that we want to eat no starch way

some people dont digest starches well so whats so wrong with wanting not to eat starches?

Definitely do that, especially with the cricket and football players going on it, that may help convince him!

What helps with Garry is Pete Evans, it helps that Garry is into cooking atm
