2 heaped tsp psyllium husk powder
1 or 2 heaped tsp flax meal
1 tbsp thickened cream
4-5 pecans, smashed in a mortar or roughly chopped
SF maple syrup, to sweeten
Place the first 5 ingredients in a small mug, top with hot water from the kettle and stir. It thickens up after a minute or two, but don't expect a large bowl of thick porridge, This is a small, but very filling, sweet porridge-like breakfast. You could add shredded coconut, a tbsp of nut butter etc
