Hi Everyone, My name is Tracy and I have been on low carb diets on and off over the years with varying degrees of success ( obviously not working for me atm
),I am only 4 days in currently and I am hoping to find motivation through the wealth of knowledge I believe I will find here, excited for lots of tips and recipes 
I am a slow loser due to an underactive Thyroid (Hypothyroidism) so if anyone has any tips on how to speed things up I would be most grateful
