It seems that if the restaurant is lovely, the food is not so good.. Hope they pull it together soon...

Well who would want this man in their kitchen he has buggered up every course he touched & a very low score making them last.

I wonder if she normal cooks most things herself - he was definitely just a hindrance!!

You could be right about them getting help to decorate Sherrie - I also think that they do a lot earlier; theres no way they could do everything in such a short time.

Every restaurant is interior designed. These people are cooks, how many of them are going to be good with design also?

Some of the houses don't even belong to them.

I agree with the help with the restaurants - must be a lot of out side help. Yes the big Sth Afican man was a bit useless. . . . I quite enjoyed the show though.

So you saw them trying to make the parmesan crisps...............

The main - crispy salmon with salad on top and potato underneath - this was their best dish - salmon cooked perfect but salad dressing on top made the crispy skin soggy.

Dessert queen failed - icecream was icy and fell apart (she put warm fig puree in the icecream)

After all of this they ended up 2nd last on the leader board.

Tonight's show with the two pommy guys is on in half an hour. I am keen to see how they go - I saw on the ad , they were eating a scotch egg. I used to make them when the kids were small - I loved them !!!!
Anyway I cant wait to see the stuck up , vain girls cook either.

I thought the Pommie guys meals tonight were quite good - very much like pub meals & I have not seen a scotch egg on a menu ever. It looked like a worry for them re the dessert but the end results was very ingenious & looked great :thumbup:

Now the ones we have been waiting for - the 2 blonde nasty bimbos - we have to wait till Monday & that is when I might bow out for a while - we shall see

I have a simple recipe somewhere for scotch eggs that I used while on BT for my protein snacks, only using half and egg. We all thought they were great. TV reception has been better the last 2 nights, so I've been able to watch it! Yay - execpt for when the *&^%$ dogs went missing in the middle of it! grrrrr.
