Hi all
My name is Monique, I'm 43 and live in Adelaide's South. Over the last few years I have been on a journey of physical and spiritual self discovery. I had started having bad reactions to food and was suffering from constant indigestion and heart burn. I have cut out wheat which has eradicated these issues but am wanting to delve further into healing through food and LCHF totally resonates with me. I have consistently been 10-15kgs overweight during my adult life and at 5'1" I don't wear the excess weight well so this is my main reason for joining here.
I'm looking forward to sharing and learning with all of you and being part of a supportive network.
PS: I love my Thermomix and couldn't live without it
