I think the key is during your weight loss journey to experiment and find a way of eating that you enjoy, feel good and can maintain that suits your lifestyle and palate - don't rush your weight loss because your tastes and habits change over time. Rather then focus on a set restrictive plan research various ways of eating for one that appeals to you then give it a try and tweak it, combine bits of various diets, keep the good and discard the rest - make it your OWN.
