I have been wanting to start a thread where we can share photos of our meals if we wish. When I do a pic for my Instagram I will add it here aswell

I was waiting for the automatic image resizing when adding attachments to work on my iPad and they finally fixed it!

Tonight we had baked lamb loin and vegetables (capsicum, eggplant and button squash) with a spoonful of sauerkraut. The roasted veggies were really yummy!

I made some psyllium pancakes for lunch. I add beef gelatin to mine and also extra water because it's always quite thick: Psylluim pancakes

Green Chicken Curry tonight we always have enough for 2 days so this will be my dinner tomorrow night aswell but extra creamy from another can of coconut cream. 2nd night is always the best

Here you go @JulieH I made your salami and cheese aswell as some ham ones in the oven. I used mozzarella, semi dried tomatoes and freshly picked basil

Oh dear still being slack , last night we had roast lamb shoulder, Monday we had beef ribs, Tuesday butter chicken and Wednesday leftover beef ribs, I didn't take photos! But I did take a photo of my lunch yesterday, I heated up some Tom yum and poached a couple of eggs in it
