I have noticed a huge rise in hotmail users having issues with not receiving emails from us. Hotmail must be blocking us. I will try to find away to put in a complaint and see if I can get it fixed but I'm not liking my luck.
The problem with this is new users wont receive their activation email preventing them from completing registration and registered users wont receive their notification/subscriptions or their password reset emails.
I highly recommend using a Gmail account as these seem to have no issues!
