NOt sure what I am doing. I have done LCHF 12 years ago and lost weight, But most recently I started before Xmas, for 7ish weeks and lost 7kg. I went on holiday and started when I got back. I've lost 1.5 kg in 5 weeks!!! HELP.
A little back ground about me.
I have a 13month old who I still feed morning and night.
I have had lap band 4 years ago - NO I don't loose weight easily with this, I still need to diet, but once weight is off it stays off. (unless I have a baby and have fill out!)
I have just had Implamon in since I have returned from holiday.
So I was wondering could the implamon be making it hard for me to loose weight? I have been using Keto sticks and I was pink to purple, so good. (I have run out now and NO chemist has them in stock!)
A typical days eating
Coffee with cream x2
Lunch, about 100g meat, normally with cheese of a dressing (mayo) as its easier to eat with my band
Dinner, green salad with more meat, steak chicken, again normally with a cream sauce as its easier for me to eat.
NO real snacks, I was having Atkins bars but I have cut them out.
Sometimes diet jelly with cream.
More coffee with cream, If I am hungry I will have cream and coconut oil.
I probably need to up my water drinking!!! I have been tracking my food with my fitnesspal.
