When we talk about eating 60% fat, 25% protien and the rest as carbs....Is this per meal or the day as a whole? I know it sounds a stupid Q, but I really struggle with logic sometimes.
Also When we have protien, is it 1 gram per kilo of bodyweight?
Whenever I have cream or creme frais I have a tablespoon, am I right doing this?
I had chinese this evening...beef and mushroom and I made cauliflower rice. I know I shouldnt have fast food I didnt have much of the sauce, just what stuck to the beef.
