Another new year, another new thread!
The purpose of this thread is to record your weight each week in a list with other members for accountability and motivation.
The common weigh day in these threads have been Wednesdays, but this can be flexible or if members decide we can change the day, whatever suits.
Simply reply to this thread with your starting weight and each week reply with your current weight and I will pop the table into your post for you.
