    • Ingredients for the dough
      4 eggs
      400 g full fat almon flour
      140g coconut flour
      1 tsp guar gum
      1 tsp carob seed flour
      8 tsp lemon juice
      200g butter


      Anything with only a little moisture can be used for the filling.
      Mix that with eggs, so that it will stick together when heated.
      I took minced meed with small pieces of bacon.
      I fried them together until the juices had dried up.
      Prepare the dry part of the filing first and let it cool down before you prepare the dough.

      Pour all dry ingredients into the food processor with a knife insert and mix well.
      Add the butter in pieces and mix well.
      Add the eggs and lemon juice and mix well.

      Pre heat the oven to 180 degrees celcius
      Line the mini-box molds with rolled out and cut dough pieces completely.
      Fill in the filling.
      Roll out the lid and press well at the edges.
      Place in the middle of the oven and bake for about 30 minutes.
