      6 egg whites
      450 g Tartare Fleur de Sel (french cream cheese)
      15 g psyllium husk powder
      20 g coconut flour
      1 tsp salt[/INDENT]
      [INDENT]450 g hard cheese grated
      130 g finely chopped spinach[/INDENT]

      [INDENT]food processor with knife insert
      stick blender with disc
      baking sheet
      baking paper[/INDENT]

      Mix the cream cheese well in the machine. Beat the eggs and egg whites with a stick blender and add to the cream cheese. Mix well and let the engine run. Mix the salt, coconut flour and psyllium husk powder and add to the mixture spoon by spoon.
      Put the batter in a bowl and stir again well with a whisk.
      Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
      Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, distribute the dough evenly on top.
      Bake for 10 - 15 minutes until it turns light golden brown.
      Take the tray out of the oven.
      Spread the cheese and then sprinkle the spinach on top.
      Put it back in the oven and finish baking until the cheese has melted.
