Where is the link to that wonderful "recipe book" that had no copyright on it. It was back in the old picture days that it was on the site.
Anyone know where it is now?

came across this one, looks like some good recipes here..Also most of them give nutritional info per total and how many serves, so it's easy to work out what you are having..

not sure about the ones with filo pastry or spuds, they might be ok occasionally much further down the track if your body can handle them.

hi all, i was looking on the net for the best value xylitol. tastes heaps better than splenda to me. found a website called sweetlife.com.au and they have some great sounding sweets and cakes - not all of them low carb, but quite a few are. i emailed and asked them for the complete ingredient list of their choc mix and it's carb count as that may be helpful to members who don't have the time or maybe the inclination to play about in the kitchen. cheers:)

Are you able to get into the carb-lite site? I haven't been able to access since I updated my Java script a couple of weeks ago? Is it possible I might have to have an older version of Java installed to be able to read it? It is my fave low carb site and I am lost without it!!!

Any help you might be able to give me would be much appreciated

It was the BEST site for low carb recipes. I have never seen so many in the one place.

I had saved the link for actual site in one of my document folders, but now when I try to open it, I get the first page but no access when I try to click on anything. I am hoplessly computer illiterate!

Gosh will never get off my computer to exercise at this rate... so many links lol

Lovely recipes, Nice People - they do have a forum too but the emphasis is on recipes.
