High Protein Smoothie
I don't like having having a cooked breakfast everyday so my friend gave me this recipe & it's almost my favorite meal (even when I was off body trim!)
1c skim milk
1c water
Ice (I normally put in more ice & less water)
1/2c fruit
2T yoghurt
3T oats
1t psyllium husks
1 scoop protein powder
2T cinnamon
Mix it all up in a blender and voila!! I also add chia seeds too
