There is a zucchini version too (thread here somewhere), I might try it if I get lots of zucchinis this year

I use a silicon baking sheet, they are well worth the money & nothing sticks to them.

my gosh how easy is this recipe and it is delicious!! I made 2 yesterday and 1 the night before for the first time and my gosh talk about YUMMMMMMMMMMMM!!!!!!!! I didnt bother cooking the cauli either i just grated it raw i did add 1/4 cup of zuchinni to it too , im having it for lunch today yum yum yum

OMG!!!!! I made this last night for my little family and i was totally shocked @ how yummy they were!! You cant even tell its made from cauliflower,let alone taste it.
I made a vegetarian one for me, meatlovers for my man and ham and pineapple for my son and they both gave me 10/10!!! Thanks soooooooooo much. Im also loving her website"your lighter side", receipes look too good to be true......but they are awesome!!

We have just eaten this OMG delicious!! You should have seen my husbands face when I told him about the cauliflower:D He said it is the nicest pizza he's had in ages; light and tasty:D

I have a question though; I made the recipe and made two bases, is that too much for a serve? Thanks

Having a look at the recipe it should be ok I think, probably depends on your toppings. There's a zucchini base recipe as well

That looks so yummy and I love cauliflower. Just don't like the amount of cheese. Not a cheese fan. But it gives me a recipe to experiment with.

I can't get my picture to upload at mo but I made cauli pizza base on Friday.
For toppings I kept it basic but delicious with tomato, basil leaves, caramelised onions, shavings of fresh Parmesan and a sprinkle of rocket - beautiful!
Had a small stack of salami on side but didn't know how to measure protein allowance as lots of cheese in base!
Loved it - will be making it quite a bit I think

I've made the zucchini base & that is nice but not the cauli as I have not tried ricing a cauli

So glad you loved it Venus!!! Could you divide the protein by depending on each slice you had , so if you used a whole pit of cheese and it had say 50 gms of protein and you divided the pizza into 5 slices then each one would have 10 gms of protein then add your salami protein to it?? I wouldn't know how to do it either lol

So I think I finally got this one up - on my computer so it may be huge...
this was delicious
Fresh tomato, basil leaves, sprinkle of cheese - cook then add fresh rocket, Fresh parmesan shavings and drizzle with olive oil. (iv written that already though)

Todays creation was just base topped with sweet chilli tuna and grated cheese then melted in oven - mmmmmm

My new favourite thing!

Just thought I should add that I never add the herbs to the crust..
for any of you a bit worried about tasting this - on its own it just tastes a bit like cauliflower cheese!

If you don't have to use a electric oven your lucky. I want a gas oven but have to have electric. UGH!

Yeah we don't have gas to the house here so everything is electric.
